学校放假的前一天是“大宝”幼儿园的Class Party,“宝妈”为“大宝”准备了好多吃的,最特別就是这个《香橙牛油蛋糕 ~ Butter Orange Cake》,是“宝妈”亲手做的,很香很美味,也很健康,很适合小朋友们吃。“大宝”告诉“宝妈”老师和小朋友们都好喜欢吃,“赞~”!做法很简单,不妨试试。。。
Ingredients (材料):
250g butter (250克 牛油)
200g caster sugar (200克 幼糖)
4 eggs (4粒鸡蛋)
2 tablespoon grated orange rind (2 汤匙 橙皮屑)
225g self - raising flour (225克 自发面粉)
180ml orange juice (180毫升 鲜橙汁+果肉)
Directions (做法很简单):
1. Grate orange rind . Than slice the orange in half & squeeze the juice out of them.
首先将鲜橙洗干净,用屑刀把橙皮屑成细状,备用。然后再将鲜橙切成一半,榨出橙汁,可加些细果肉。
2. Get out your mixing bowl & mixer . Put the butter , sugar & orange rind in the bowl &beat until light & fluffy .
把牛油,幼糖和橙皮屑放入搅拌碗中,将拌打均勻,打至松发。
3. Be sure the eggs are at room temp . Add in one by one & mix well .
加入第一粒蛋,打至奶油状,每加一粒蛋都需拌打至完全均勻。加完鸡蛋后,继续拌打成光滑的奶油状。
4. Sift the flour . Then add flour in two batches .Add the orange juice in too.
加入自发面粉和鲜橙汁,用塑胶刮刀搅拌均勻。
5. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan . Bake in oven for 45minutes . Let cake stand in pan for 10minutes before turning into a rack .
最后倒入模型里,用180度烤45分钟。
哈哈,这就是新鲜出炉的《香橙牛油蛋糕》。浓浓的香橙味,不会太甜,也不会很油膩,味道刚刚好!“赞!赞!赞! ~”。你一定要试一试。。。
